Having problems with your Karcher 2500 PSI Pressure Washer ?

I have a Karcher GCV 160 5.5hp 2500psi Model G2500VH pressure washer What is the replacement pump part number..is it 35328320 ?

Answers :

Yes that is correct
This number 35328320 does not include the model specified as a replacement part. This is the Link for that part 35328320. I did find parts list for overhauling the pump for that model in a pdf file. I hope this helps its possible that the above part may fit on your model if your model uses a hex bolt to drive the pump.

We have a Karcher G2500VH pressure washer. If you start the engine with the trigger pulled on the spray wand it will run at full pressure until you release the trigger. after that, when you pull the trigger it will not have any more pressure than the water hose feeding it. Troy-Bilt 2550 20293 pressure washer not producing pressure. Worked when last used 2 months ago. Pump pistons are moving up and down when engine is pulled through. I have a Generac pressure washer, model #01450-0, with a Honda 5hp motor. I have a Husky gasoline pressure washer. The honda motor starts but stalls because the pressure by-pass (not the right term) doesn't seem to open and builds up pressure. I haven't tried to remove any parts yet. I think grit has got in but don't know for sure. The pump looks pretty simple and the part I want to remove for cleaning looks like a plastic hexagon nob. Will this access the by-pass or is it something else.

There's no water coming from the bottom of the machine when it's running as i've read that if the pump seals are faulty water will escape from the pump etc. The machine motor runs ok but no pressure is acheived on the gauge whatsoever.
