Food particles are left in the dishes on the top rack of the dishwasher. I have checked for debris clogging the spray arm but there isn't any. I have to wash my glasses on bottom rack to make sure they are clean.

I did some testing and it lookslike the wash rinse/wash assemblies are not spinning at all. I think the conduit main may be blocked or leaking at the seal. Dishes bottom rack are marginally clean. upper rack is never clean anymore. The dish washer cycles through NORMAL and Dries dishes OK. I have a Whirlpool Dishwasher that won't rinse the glasses in the top rack. The chopped up food bits from the other dishes are left in the bottom of the glasses. The best but not the fastest way is to remove the pump and motor assy and visuall inspect for fooreign items in the pump assy and also inspect for damage to the pump inpeller at the same time. Sorry not a fast fix but the best way ... Dishwashers

This thing has never drained properly. You have to hit the cancel/drain button a few times for it to finally drain. I don't think it drains completely after wash and before rinse because everything comes out covered in particles that weren't there going in. We've checked the hose, and for stuck food with no luck. There aren't many dishwasher repairmen in my area and I'm at the point it's just a giant drying rack while I hand wash. Any advice would be welcome!
