Having problems with your Kenmore Dishwashers ?

I have model 363.14779100 that has a problem. When a drain cycle is at the end and the fresh water starts coming in, the draining won't stop therefor all clean water goes right back out the drain. I can open the door latch and reshut it and the cycle will complete but the same thing happens on the next drainout. Is there a switch that needs replacing??

Kenmore dishwasher My Kenmore dishwasher model 630.16302401 is not successfully completing wash cycle. When I hit "normal" and turn it on, water enters the d/w, and the sprayers (both top and bottom), spray water. Approx. 10 mins. later, the water is drained. At that point, it appears that water never again enters the d/w to complete the wash cycle. In fact, the soap in the dispenser does get released, and the door opens. However, the soap will just run down the inside of the door and pool on th

Westinghouse Virtuoso 922 dishwasher. Wash cycle completes, but water does not drain out. If I let the cycle continue, after a delay the rinse cycle starts, but of course no clean water is pumped in so the dishes are "rinsed" in the dirty wash water. The wash cycle itself is successful with water pumping all around the washer if I open the door mid-cycle. I have removed and cleaned all filters which were correctly fitted so I am confident there is no foreign matter inside pump. When the water sh

Have a Bosch shy56a05uc dishwasher that suddenly stopped working to a point. I believe it is related to the door latch switch, because I don't feel the door securely latch shut when I close it, and I also don't get any cycle lights or times registered on the LED readout. If I depress the on switch, the drain pump will start even with the door open, and, depending on how long I leave the switch on, water will start to fill in the dishwasher, open or not.

The diswasher will drain completely after the drain cycle is completed. It will then immediately begin to fill again despite no additional cycles being requested. I can hear the fill cycle begin. I can prevent the filling by opening the door slightly or by moving the float plunger up and away from the microswitch that signals to fill the bottom of the washer with water. Is there an adjustment on the float or on the length of the float plunger?

Hi, The machine will not complete a cycle. I think it may have started when the power was turned off at the mains during a cycle. Symptoms are : - You can turn machine on, select a program, press start button, close door, machine appears to begin cycle as normal, water seems to load, then 2 minutes later drains, and 1 minute or so after that the machine beeps 3 times to indicate cycle is finished. I have the Siemens SL84A305UC Dishwasher. All of a sudden it stopped cleaning dishes, but everything sounds normal and it fills and drains water, and sounds like it is completing the cycle. In the past when I opened the door while it was actively washing the water would spray out aggressively. Now, when I opened it while it was supposed to be washing I see just a small amount of water coming from the bottom wash blade, and not even enough to turn the blade very far. Hello, I have a Frigidaire Dishwasher, model FDB750RCC1. It will not fully drain. There is water in the bottom of the unit after the cycle is complete. As it is not full of water or leaking out of the unit when I open the door I am suspecting it is the pump that has broken? (the water must be draining to the overflow point and then stopping as there is nothing pumping it) Any thoughts or ideas for me anyone? Am I on the right track?

When starting a wash cycle it pumps out the remaining water as usual. It fills normally but does not pump/wash the dishes. It continues to heat and when first noticed it seemed to have gone through the complete cycle but didn't wash. The detergent door had opened and the soap pack dropped out but it never dissolved. The dishes were extremely hot too. Is the same pump used to both drain the washer and wash the dishes?

Champion dishwasher we have a champion freestanding dishwasher at my church. after the cycle is completed, the pressure guage behind the washer still shows 25-30 and it contnues to spray water. not forced by the motor, but more like a stuck open fill valve. if i turn off the water and run it, then turn the water back on, the valve is closed and does not let water freely in. butif i run it with the water on, it will continue to spray in freely after the cycle light goes out and you open the door.

When my dishwasher completes its cycle, there is powdered detergent left in the dispenser and the dishes aren't as clean as they use to be. This started happening after I ran a HI TEMP WASH with a SANI RINSE cycle. I'm thinking that either the detergent dispenser door is opening late or the water is not getting hot enough. To check the dispenser door, I left the door open and just poured powder into the dispenser compartment. This did not improve the cleaning.
