Hi I've inherited a Zanussi DA6142 Dishwasher from a recent house move. It was treated quite poorly by students who I suspect ran it without the filters in place. I've used a dishwasher cleaner and was able to pull out the lower spray arm and rinse out all the crud that was blocking it (small stones, food, plastic, pieces of glass, paper, etc) but I cannot for the life of me work out how to get the upper spray arm out. My dishwasher spray arms were clogged with calcium buildup so I cleaned one and replaced the other. I also removed the fixed disc-shaped device underneath the lower spray arm and found the particle filter was clogged- so I cleaned it out. My LG dishwasher upper rack has stopped cleaning. The uppermost arm is seemingly getting no water at all and the arm on the underside of the upper rack is getting some water, but not enough to turn it. I have already disassembled and cleaned all the way down to the diverter assembly and it has not fixed the problem. I think this is a problem with a the (?) diverter pump or perhaps a sensor that sends water to the upper arms. I am trying to figure out how to further diagnose the problems. The
