EDW5500DSS wont completely drain water Okay so now that my dishwasher runs, when it finishes a cycle it has a nice puddle of water at the bottom that never drains completely out. I am assuming its a relay or something because I looked for a floating switch (did not find), I can hear a pump sound as if it wants to pump the remaining water out, but, it doesn't. I really want to solve this problem soon so I can order the new door seal and needed part together. Checked the line out and of course i

We recently bought a house with a Kenmore 363.16222100 (?) dishwasher. No manual. Monday night it didn't drain properly and leaked some water on the kitchen floor. The cycle had finished when we saw the water on the floor. We bailed out the excess water. I took off the drain cover and insert. I couldn't see an obvious clog problem, but cleaned it out. Then I tried a short cycle, interrupting it to shorten it. No problem. Water seemed to drain fine. I did find a part that looked like a straw and

I have a Bosch dishwasher, model #SHU43C02UC/14, which has stopped working - no water enters the inside nor is there any drain cycle - just nothing. At the same time, I had to have the new control board put in as part of the Bosch recall. The tech comes out, puts in the new board - still nothing. He says something is wrong with the board even though the problem existed before the new board was installed. I have a Bosch dish washer model SHX 43 M 0 ZUC / 48 FD 8709 00169 The dish washer is about 1 1/4 years old and was installed by a plumber as part of a Home Depot kitchen remodel. The problem is draining. The quick wash does not drain at the end of the wash. The regular wash sometimes drain and sometimes does not. The auto wash does drain. The lack of draining does not cause problems with the regular wash cycle. I checked the drain hose re the instruction manual and it is correctly installed.

When dishwasher drains the water not all the water is drained. Some stays standing at the bottom and starts getting an odor after awhile. This is a replacement dishwasher in a 35 year old house. GE GHDA485N 10CS Dishwasher that has standing water in the bottom after the cycle completes. I pulled it out and reconnected power and ran a rinse cycle. I could see that water was pumping out the clear drain pipe but there was still about an inch of standing water in the bottom. Any thoughts as to what part has failed. Does the system use a water level switch or a timed drain cycle to determine when the water has pumped out. If it is a timed cycle could a slow drain cause the problem. Thank you

Hi there My dishwasher (Miele G975 PLUS) drain light keeps coming on and the water won't drain. I can manually drain the water and the machine will then start again but as soon as it gets to the drain/rinse part of the cycle, the problem recurs. I have removed the non-return valve and it was clear of blockages so I am now out of options. The machine is only 4.5 years old. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Whirlpool Dishwasher ADG 450. Start as normal and it keeps intermittentlly stopping and starting. Washs / drains fine, but sometimes cycle seams to last for a couple of hours. I think it is four beeps when it is stopping and then immediately starts again. We had a problem months ago where as the sink was draining into the dishwasher out pipe, so dishwasher wasn't draining / filling up. Fixed the problem by turning the pipe the other way so water couldn't flow that way - but I don't know if that
