The water valve is either clogged or burned out. Easiest to check is whether it is burned out. Turn off power, remove kick panel, find where incoming water supply pipe attachs to valve and remove both wires to valve. Zero your ohmmeter and check for continuity across terminals. If it has continuity, valve is good. Use test meter to check for voltage from timer. Connect test meter leads to wires you removed, restore power, close door and put timer, or control panel, to where dishwasher should start filling. If there is 110 volts at the wires to the water valve, the valve is clogged. If there is no voltage, the timer or control is bad and must be replaced.

I have a KitchenAid but model # KUDI24SEWH1. Can not find it on your list although another model without the last letters 'WH1' is on it. Anyway, my nephew ordered the parts he said needed to be replaced. One was the top water feed tube and bearing which he had no problem replacing when the part came in. But, he is having a very difficult time opening up the front door to replace the soap dispenser. Removed the 6 screw (three on each side) and the two at the top of the door but that is as far

Dishwasher fills with hot water. Float OK - water feed stops when full. Motor humms but no water spray (in all opperating modes). Cancel selection (with cancel button) and close the door. The water drains then the unit shuts off. Water feed OK. Drain Cycle OK. Looks like spray pump hung but do not know. Cannot find a reset button (as with disposal) or way to free hung pump motor. I did see glass pieces in the drain. Possibly a small piece hanging the motor.

If you found broken glass inside the machine some has likely migrated to the pump. about the only way to fix that issue is to remove the pump and either replace it or disassemble it and clean it out. ... KitchenAid 24 in. KUDP01FL Built-in Dishwasher

I have a Whirlpool GU2500XTPQ3 dishwasher that is about 5 years old. The dishes in the top basket do not get clean. I checked the water tube that feeds the upper spray arm and the top spray and there aren't any obstructions. Our water pressure and temperature are suitable. Could the pump be plugged or otherwise lose its ability to circulate enough water to adequately feed the upper sprayers? How can I check on that?

Soap feed The soap feed hose on my Karcher 2650 does not suck up the soap into the washer. I pulled off the connector piece that the hose is connected to. I can blow through the hose. There is a little metal finger thing that you can tell pushes up into place when the water pressure is high. It seems like it is supposed to drop down and allow some soap through when the water is running. I found a loose(attached to nothing) gasket, looks like a little donut. Bosch Classixx dishwasher: Initially no water feed and 'water check' light came on. Removed side panel, emptied water from base. Ran OK for a week or so. The problem then repeated so side panel removed, float switch operation checked (OK) drained water from sump below polystyrene float. Ran OK but contents came out dirty and cold - no heat. Side panels off again, water in base but no obvious leak when watched during cycle - still no heat. Help please.

I have a kitchenaid Model KUDW03CTBL2 dishwasher. It is pumping water, but the top sprayer and the one under the top rack just have a little water coming out. Not enough to make them spin. We also noticed the water in the bottom when opened is not as much and it is cool not hot. The dishes on the top rack will not clean, and the bottom is not completely clean. Is it common for Kitchenaid dishwashers to have water pooling inside them? It's almost like the valve for water coming in isn't shutting all the way...in the middle of the day, we'll find water inside the dishwasher...it drips out the front when you open the door...but when you turn it on, it doesn't have any problem draining the system...mysteriously, we find water in the bottom...what's up?

There is a rubber flapper valve that keeps water from running back into your dishwasher. It's a $5.00 part, but it's a bear to get to,\015\012\015\012You have to pull the drain pump to access this flapper.\015\012\015\012Also ... KitchenAid 24 in. KUDP02FRSS Stainless Steel Built-in Dishwasher

Kitchenaid dishwasher - small pieces of food are left on otherwise clean dishes. Water level comes to about 1 inch below heater coil. I ran it without dishes (or soap) and added about a quart of water so that level came to about 1/4 inch below heater and that's when I noticed food pieces on drain surfaces (nylon filter under bottom spray arm unit and circular plastic "trap" surrounding it). Spray arms holes are clear and water is hot.
