GU1500XTLS3 Periodically won't start. Dishwasher has power because pressing cancel causes dishwasher to start draining (even though there is no water). Door switch works because opening door prevents starting drain cycle. No other button on control panel will work except for the 'air dry' / 'lockout' button. Turning off circuit breaker for 15-30 minutes and then turning circuit breaker back on seems to fix the problems but only for a couple uses and then it stops working again. Need ad

This could be the 'fill switch', which is the level sensor. Could be a plastic tube that exerts air pressure into the tube as it fills, make sure it's clear and open. The dishwasher has a sensor that monitors the door being closed too. Some use a hig ... Dishwashers

Describe your whirlpool du948pwpq Problem: I have a whirlpool du948pwpq dishwasher in a tenant's unit. They said the delay start button is no longer working. Also, they cannot "de-select" the heated dry option. It seems to be an issue with the electronics of the control panel. I've already tried to "unlock" the buttons - no change. I also powered off the unit in hopes of re-setting - no change. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I am hesitant to call a service person (it's out of warrant

Dishwasher won't start. Clean light keeps flashing. I have tried cancelling a couple of times, and it goes through a 2 minute process and goes right back to the flashing clean light and not allowing it to start. I have already tried shutting off the breaker as suggested by someone but it did not solve the problem. Any other ideas?

GE GSD6610GOOB not cycling properly. Our dishwasher is about 6 years old and has been nothing but trouble the past year or so. We've already paid too much money repairing it the first time, (it simply stopped working - the control panel was totally dead) and don't want to pay anymore. Current problem - the machine starts up and fills with water and it sounds like it's running OK, then it will just stop, sometimes for a couple of minutes sometimes longer. Then it will start up again - and

I have Whirlpool dishwasher DWH B00. Now it starts as normal filling water for a couple of minutes. Then it suddenly starts beeping and pumps out all the water and just contiunes to beep. This will happen in all programs. We have studied the users manual and cleansed the filters as suggested in the manual, but this doesn't help. There are now problems with the water supply. The dishwasher is not used very much, may be just twenty times. In the start it worked normally, this problem suddenly

Hello, I've been working on a Bosch Dishwasher. It has no display of any kind, and there's a strange grunting sound coming from the wash motor when power is applied (like if you had just plugged it in), as if it's trying to start. The junction box is getting 120V, all connections to the junction box are fine, and the display board and the main control board are all getting the proper voltage. Now, we've already replaced the main control board and the problem persists. The tech line suggested

My Hotpoint diswasher suddenly stopped working last night. It seems like it has no power to it, as the motor or pump does not seem to come on at all. Obviously when I get home from work, I will check the obvious first - making sure it has power to it, connections are secure etc. (I had a wire break before) If it does have power, I would assume checking the door switch and timer is next. Any suggestions, and any suggestions for checking the door switch and timer??

Sounds like your on the right track. I would use an ohmeter to check the resistance of the door switch by placing the meter probes on each side of the switch. Test while opened and closed position. Same with timer ... Hotpoint Dishwashers

Dishwasher model# FGHD2433KBI. washer was purchesed mid July, used 4 times. I just put in some dirty dish's and closed the door. A couple minutes later the washer turned on. No lights were on. After a few minutes I pushed the cancel button. Nothing happened. I opened the door and it sounded like a sucking sound and the pump stopped. No water in unit. I closed the door it started again. I cut the power at the circut box. Waited a few minutes and turned power back on. Power failure light came on.

The hidden control panel has only about half the lights showing what function is pressed. A couple of days ago the washer would not start. The only function which would work was the far left sensor light. After trying to cut power and pushing other buttons, to no avail, we let the machine sit a couple days. It now works again with only half the lights on function pad working. It acts like there was a electrical short.

When I start the top drawer it defaults to 5 minutes (with the lights Heavy, Fast, Rinse highlighted) runs for a couple minutes, then stops and the LED starts randomly cycling through all kinds of codes very quickly. There is water in the tub that has not drained after completing the couple minutes of operation. This cycle repeats itself if I hit the power button again after the LED starts freaking out. Dishwasher would not work and clean light would blink seven times. Asked an expert and they said to hit saniwash and heated dry two times. This work for a couple of times but now the dishwasher acts like there is no electrical power goimg to it. I tested the power with a voltmeter and there is power going to the circuit board.

The unit is a Maytag model MDB5601AWW which it has recently began to lose power at the touch pad. The electrical breaker has been checked to confirm normal voltage. Additional investigation suggests that the unit can be reset by (1) disconnecting the power at the breaker, (2) disconnecting and reconnecting the ribbon cable that interfaces the touchpad with the control board. However, the problem reoccurs after a few normal wash cycles.

Hobart LX30 Hey I just bought a Hobart Lx30 and we don't have a power source that can handle the 50 amp requirement. We got it at an extremely good price so we are trying to work around it. I was told that disconnecting the water heater would allow it to work in a standard 120 volt outlet. I did that and now I have another issue. The machine wont run unless the water is 160 degrees. How do i disconnect the sensor that restricts the temp so that I can run the machine at a lower temp?

Hopefully you took the suggestion to run the correct 50 amp 208-240 service to the unit.Converting the unit to an LX30C has a couple of pitfalls. The LX30C is connected directly to the incoming water supply, which should run 120-140 degre ... Hobart 24 in. LXIH-3 Built-in Dishwasher
