My dishwasher stopped cleaning my dishes when it was just under 2 years old. I hadn't changed the type of detergent, or how I loaded/ran it. We have since tried different detergents and different wash cycles to no avail. Our Maytag MJD3005 dishwasher got a couple of minutes into a cycle then displayed E4, stopped and beeped. I cleaned the filter basket out (which needed doing), powered down and up and restarted. Then a couple of minutes into the cycle E2 appeared as (I think) it doesn't enter the wash phase (fills OK). Repeated on different programs with the same outcome. Any clues?

My Miele G641 displays the Salt PC light even after filling it with salt. I have to cycle the main power switch 3 or 4 times before the Start light will come on. Then when I press the Start button it momentarily pumps out water and then stops. Sometimes the Start light stays on and I can get it to give the pump another brief spurt, but often the Salt/PC light comes on again and the Start light goes out. I then have to re-set the power switch. How do I tell if the logic board is fried?

The fuse in the plug keeps blowing. Initially it would run for a while - sometimes 3 or 4 cycles - before blowing. It now blows the fuse the second that I plug in to the socket, even with the on/off button on the front of the dishwasher set to off.I'm keen to take it apart, but it's full of water as it blew mid-cycle. Is there a clever way to empty the machine without the power being on, or do I need bits of hose and sponges?A schematic blow up would also be extremely helpful.
