Leak from white plastic box under right side of door

\015 Apparent float mechanism of some sort as there is a small plastic plunger in this that easily moves up and down where the leak is coming from. More than a cup of warter comes out of this with each load of dishes washed.\015

Answers :

Check the seal around the pipe the plunger runs in. The other thing is to make sure the switch cuts off water fill BEFORE the level gets to the top of that pipe. This could be defective switch or adjustment of it.

\015\012The water level should be well below the top of the pipe when filled.
\015\012
\015\012If the switch has gotten wet, it may be defective due to internal damage.

Hey Everyone! Ok try this one! I have been working on a KUDS25 Kitchenaid Dishwasher. It was leaking like a siv from the bottom. I replaced both top and bottom plastic bearings and also tightend all the screws at the bottom. Leak Gone, I thought. It now has small leaks down both sides. I have since been told by the owner that he took the door apart himself. I pulled out the dishwasher from the cabinet and ran it. I could see the leaks at the top on both sides of the door latch. I have a Maytag MDB7600AWB dish washer. I have a door leak, dripping from the right side. I can not see anything that would allow it. It seems like it could be coming from the inside of the door. Also, there is heat and condensation on at the top of the door, above the leak. It could be that steam is coming from the top right and dripping down the door. Could you give me some idea about fixing the problem.

I have an LG LDF6810ST dishwasher that has a leak on the bottom right hand side of the door. It appears to be leaking from inside the door itself. The dishwasher is 2 years old. I checked the inlet water to make sure connections were not leaking and they were not. I live in a rural part of Alaska so after talking with the LG help desk I'm pretty much on my own. Any ideas?

Had machine for a year plus before install. took off front panel- can see water squirting past lower door gasket as wash arms rotate. cause is water running down door during wash cycle piles up in the channels molded into the lower left & right side of the wash tub and pushes out the sides of the lower gasket. looks like a design issue- called SEARS, they just want to sell me a new gasket! go figure. any ideas on a fix?

Dishwasher Leaking Dishwasher leaks from underneath the right front side of appliance. Can't tell exactly where it's leaking from, because of plastic guard/support on underside. All of the connections and hoses are in good shape. I'm assuming that it has something to do with the draining process, as it will leak 2-3 times during a wash cycle. Sometimes it's very little water and sometimes it's as much as a gallon.
