I have a Whirlpool Quiet Partner 1, Model DU1055XTPQO. I use Cascade w/Dawn Shine Shield powdered detergent(filled to the mark on the dispenser cup) and Jet Dry Drying Agent. Problem is all of my glasware is horribly etched, my dishes and glassware are severely spotted, and my stainless steel silverware have sort of a rainbow-like stain. Bosch dishwasher Model SHU43C02UC/17 consistently leaves film on glassware, leaves residue in the bottom of glasses in the back position of the top rack, and sometimes leaves gritty residue on dishes throughout the dishwasher. The stainless steel interior is also stained. I regularly clean the filter, use Jet Dry (the product that was included with the machine when I purchased it), and rinse the dishes before filling. The dishwasher has never cleaned dishes like the 17-year-old Kitchen

I had a mouse get into the under part of the dishwasher. He/she/it got trapped and died. The smell made us aware of the problem. I had to take apart the bottom of the dishwasher and take out all the tubes to clean them. Very messy... My question...I took care to note where all the wires went, but somehow did not take care to note where all the tubes go. Can you advise or show a schematic. My Bosch dishwasher has been failing to clean my dishes for over a month now. My dishes have a chalky film on them, my glassware is cloudy, and my stainless utensils are dingy--handwashing these items does not remove the film. The model number of the dishwasher is SH16805UC. I have tested my water softener system and that is functioning properly. My Rinse Agent dispenser is full (I use Jet Dry). I cleaned the dishwasher twice with Jet Dry brand cleaner. I tried putting a 1/4 cup of Borax in

I have tried cleaning filters & taking arms offs to check for blockage, making sure the Jet Dry dispenser is properly filled, the hose going to the dishwasher does not appear to be kinked, how would I check inside the dishwasher to see if it's kinked there? Do you have any other suggestions? please help!!!!

I have a Maytag Dishwasher MDB4100aww that is not cleaning dishes effectively. There are small particles of food left on the dishes and some of the tougher food items to clean are staying on the dishes. The sound of water swishingspraying within the dishwasher seems to be quieter than when originally purchased (about 8 years passed). I had a local repair man take apart some of the internal pieces and clean them but it has not helped. Any suggestions?

Kenmore Elite: - Stale smell from dishwasher, won't go away, lingers on dishes, glasses. I tried a vinegar remedy suggested by a diy site - it helps for a cycle or two, but the smell comes right back. Diy site suggested taking apart the dishwasher to see if there is food trapped: there always remains a little water at the end of each cycle - but I'm concerned about taking apart my dishwasher if there is another solution. Smell doesn't smell of food to me. What do you think? Hollie Smith

Cranky dishwasher I have to admit my wife's solution is the only one that works. Our ten-year-old Superba built-in usually starts a normal cycle part-way through, at the wash part, without filling or opening the dispenser door. Therefore the dishes come out with the soil now baked on. Closing the door, selecting normal and start results in a pump-out sound, or at least just the pump running to wash the dishes. The dishwasher ignores any cancel button push, and the light does not come on over t

Foggy Glasses Glasses are very foggy after a wash cycle. There seems to be a heavy film on them. It can be scrubbed off with liquid soap and a brush. This started suddenly after I washed a baking pan in the dishwasher. The pan was very used and scratched before I loaded it in the dishwasher. After the wash, it was very rusty and there was rust on other dishes in the dishwasher. Could this have created some problem with the dishwasher, which is now affecting it's ability to wash? Hello, I purchased a Kitchen Aid Architect II series KUDSO3FTPA3 ~ two years ago. It is deigned so you can put your own panel on it. Duw to a design issue with my cabinets I was not able to add my own panel and wanted to purchase the stainless panel to cover the front of the dishwasher.
