I've had an LG LDF6810ST dishwasher for about three years with no problems. All of a sudden it won't close. It finished the wash, I emptied it, and when I went to close the door it wouldn't close all the way. It was as if something was getting caught not allowing the door to close completely. I searched and found nothing blocking, then I looked at the door latch and it looks as if the child lock feature is engaged. So the door is locked while open. I turned the child lock on and off through the

Kitchen circut was accidently turned off. Now whirlpool gold disher will not work(unit was not running and the door was not closed all the way when circuit was turned off, All circuit breakers are on) There are no lights on display when door is closed completely, and it appears to have no power. Worked fine prior, what could it be? The unit has not been removed from under the counter yet. Is there a fuse or circuit breaker on the unit? If so where is it located? Other troubleshooting ideas

Hello- Turn power off. Remove kick panel and cover for power wires. Check connections. If these are ok, most likely suspect is a fuse at the control. This is a little harder to get to. We removed the dishwaser 3 months ago for renovations. It has been reinstalled (everything looks ok). However, app. 2 min. into the cycle the door pops open. Eventually the cycle completes but only by pressing the door closed and hitting restart button 2 or 3 times per cycle. With the constant door popping there is considerable condensation on the new cabintry. What can we look for to fix this proble. thank you.

Detergent dispenser door Whirlpool DU7400 won't open. I tested 300109 ACTUATOR resistance and it is closed. I ran washer and saw the actuator receives a current several times during the complete wash cycle. How else can I test? I notice the lever on the Acutator is quite floppy. Should it be stiff? Also the dispenser door does pop open if pushed from behind so that seems OK? Does anyone have the actual testing procedure for this problem? Thanks for anyone's help!

Tricity Bendix DH090 water valve closes too early. Insufficient water causes program to stop before first heating cycle. If I switch off, open the machine & pour an extra pint of water in, shut the door & switch on again the wash takes place and completes perfectly to specification. OK so the problem seems to be that level detector No 1 switches off the water inlet valve early and level detector No 2 (apparently) halts the cycle since it detects insufficient water in the machine. Wont start I've had the washer for many years with minimal problem. Yesterday when I closed the door no light went on and the washer would not start.  After 20 minutes or so it suddenly went on and worked fine.  I thought that it might have not completed its last cycle. Today, however, I had the same problem and it's been over an hour and still hasn't started. (I checked the circuit breaker and it's fine)
