I have a Frigidaire dishwasher that I have had for a year and a half - 8 months ago it broke and leaked into my kitchen ruining my wood floor which had to be replaced. Shortly after that the top sprayer arm had to be replaced. It has now leaked again with a much more prominent leak and has ruined a portion of my floor again.

I would check to make sure that the top spray arm wasn't over tightened when it was installed. That spray arm threads onto a plastic supply tube which is easy to strip, which will cause it not to tighten properly and leak down the side of the dishwas ... Dishwashers

My DD603 was leaking (both top and bottom) and I went to this web site and the person recommended changing the Lid Actuators which stopped the leaking for about one month. Now each time I run the dishwasher I get about 1-2 quarts of water on the floor. After reading the number of dissatisfied customers should I just buy a new dishwasher or keep chasing the all the problems associated with the DD-603?

In my honest opinion I would just buy a new one. I would say the same thing to change the lid actuators agian. Iam sure it would stop like before and then return later. It may be more cost effective time wise to just replace the unit. Sorry bbest of ... Fisher and Paykel 23 in. DD-603SS Built-in Dishwasher

Door leak I have a small leak between the bottom of the dishwasher door the lower service panel on the dishwashere. Maytag Dishwasher Quiet Series 300 Door Leak: Model No. MDB8600AWG: The door leaks both from just beneath the touch pad at the top of the door, leaving a streak down the center face of the door (minor annoyance) as well as from the bottom left and right corners, more of a concern. I have cleaned both door gaskets and tried to reseat the inside door panel, to no avail. Leaking Dishwasher seems to be leaking. Otherwise it's performing fine. I have laminate floors, and there are water seeping out along the seams of the flooring area near the dishwasher. The dishwasher is captured by the floor (dishwasher was installed first then floor was put in at 1/2" higher level), so we can't pull it out to check where the leak is coming from. Can dishwasher be repaired from the inside w/out removing it from where it is? Only way to pull it out seem to be cutting a part of

How can I shut off the water supply to the dishwasher? It fills slowly with water from the top (while not running), and then water spills out over the kitchen floor. By pressing the 'Drain' button, the water will drain out, but I have to get to it before it floods. It takes about 4 hours for it to get to the overflow stage. It is a Jennair model, about 9 years old. We have a lot of limescale, it is probably time to replace it, but for the moment my main concern is to stop the leak. Thank you for

I have a dishdrawer (2) and following the use of a dishwasher cleaner, the bottom drawer appears to have developed a blockage. It will not empty, gets to the pump out part of the cycle and shows the red error code F3, to which there is no reference in the trouble shooting guide. The top drawer has also developed minute leak, sufficient enough to leave dribble marks on the lower drawer and over time, a white deposit on the floor. Is there anything we can do for the blockage problem before reso

Hey Everyone! Ok try this one! I have been working on a KUDS25 Kitchenaid Dishwasher. It was leaking like a siv from the bottom. I replaced both top and bottom plastic bearings and also tightend all the screws at the bottom. Leak Gone, I thought. It now has small leaks down both sides. I have since been told by the owner that he took the door apart himself. I pulled out the dishwasher from the cabinet and ran it. I could see the leaks at the top on both sides of the door latch. I noticed water leaking underneath my dishwasher through the floor joists to my basement. It was a small but steady drip through the joists. I turned off the water to the dishwasher and the leak stopped. I looked inside the dishwasher and there is still some standing water inside the dishwasher, but I cannot see anywhere that water is standing under the dishwasher. I am wondering if the leak is at the pump or at the door? But I see no evidence of the seal leaking.

My dishwasher leaks water from the top of my sink when in the drain cycle mode causing a mess on the counter top. How do I stop this leak? The plastic cover to the part which is located next to the faucet is cracked but there appears to be no leaks on the hose or on the part itself. Also, what is the purpose of this part? Is this the actual drain for the dishwasher and if so, why doesn't it tie directly into the drain?

Our KitchenAid KUDS011JBS1 dishwasher sometimes leaks water on our kitchen floor. It seems to drip from the bottom edge of the door onto the floor. It's not a huge amount of water, but is enough to be a concern... it leaves a small puddle on the floor. What should I check and how do I fix this? I'm hoping it's an inexpensive and easy fix. Note that we've had this dishwasher for 8 years and have only noticed leaking during the past 6 months.

I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher (2004) and recently it has been leaking internally at a very slow pace. When not in use it will slowly fill until the floor of the unit is filled and then leak onto the kitchen floor unless we press the drain button and then it drains completely. The water seems to be coming from the front of the washer, potentially from the door itself. The amount of leakage is barely discernible but will fill over the course of a 24 hour period. Leaky Dishwasher I recently moved into a new house that has a brand new Magic Chef dishwasher. We haven't even had a chance to use it, but last night discovered water leaking from the bottom onto the floor. When I opened the door, there was about 3-4 inches of water inside. I baled as much of the (slimey) water out as I could, and that stopped the leak. Now afraid to run the dishwasher for fear that it might leak even worse. E71195 Type 777-0

Dishwasher I am getting a run around with getting my LG dishwasher fixed properly. We had a tech more than once come in and look at our dishwasher. It has not been fixed and never dried the dishes properly. It is now leaking and going to a "del" level when we attempt to wash the dishes. It is also leaking on our fairly new tiled floor and under our new kitchen cabinet. Your tech stated the dishwasher was not installed properly.
