Our Kenmore dishwasher 665.1726 doesnt seem to be cleaning as well. LAst time this happened a serviceperson cleaned out a filter where food debris had clogged the water flow. We were able to take off the bottom wash arm but couldn't figure out how to get the filter off (there are 4 screws holding it in place and one is under the plastic arm that caries water to the sprayer.

Within the last week prior to the dishwasher not working, I noticed a low hum/vibration emitting from the dishwasher.
