I have a washer model 1805 (1800 PSI). Everything works but there is always leaking of water (sprays) when I use it. The leak is not from where the water hose connects to the washer, but where the black piece attached to the hose is connected to the body of the washer. I can still do a decent job of power washing, but am wondering if the leaking of water is reducing the power of the washer.

Yes, leaking water will reduce the pressure. Sounds like you need to replace the O-Ring inside the connections on the pump. This is where the pressure hose connects to the pump. If you look carefully inside that connection you will see an O-Ring. Use ... Campbell Hausfeld PW1805 1800 PSI 15 GPM Pressure Washer

Removed rear toe-plate to detect leak. Leak caused by broken drain hose. Hose replaced. To do this the unit was tipped forward onto its front door to allow access to the base area. Water allowed to drain out the front base area. Unit re-assembled but now does not switch on. Water connected. Base-plate dry. No water was detected at upper-front control panel. Power is connected and reaching unit ( multi-meter test ). Tipping the unit forward seems to be the cause. Is there any fuse,

The micro switches are frequently replaced on the door handle and they don't need to ever get wet. A lot of amp draw burns those switches up while they are dry. If they were wet and power was applied then they got fried my friend. The good news is th ... Dishwashers

My GSD900G-01 dishwasher leaks where the hot water is supposed to go into the tub. There's a plastic fitting that seems to be glued to the side of the tub and the hose from the inlet valve goes to the top of this fitting. There are no visible cracks or other damage but there is some rust inside the tub at the fitting. The fitting has two open gaps on it's side which is where the water is leaking out. It looks like the water is supposed to flow past these gaps (which I'm guessing are there to

The big box on the tap end is called the aqua stop fitting. If it leaks around the tread make sure there is a washer in the big nut that screwas onto the tap. The tap might be old and not true on the fase. You could try some thread seal tape on the t ... Miele Dishwashers

I set up a drip system years ago and now am looking to replace it (old, worn, leaks) but the problem is this-I can't push any fitting (be it connectors, tees, etc) onto the main hose. Both hose and fittings are 1/2''. The fittings in the original system were not near as difficult to use-I also tried hot water (fittings) and ice water (hose), nothing. Is there any size difference between the old and new components?

It's not really a solution-it seems there are two sizes OD (.700", .620") both called 1/2" tubing. The appropriate sized fittings must therefore be used ... Raindrip R333CT Swivel Tee Adapter

Had the Northstar 3000 psi Pressure Washer for 2 months and it started leaking oil from the pump during use. Took it to Northern and they are replacing the pump under warranty but said it was likely because I was using quick connects on my garden hose coupling and that was restricting the water flow making the pump overheat. They said never to use quick connects on the garden hose unless the opening is at least 5/8". Does anyone make such a quick connect? I hate having to screw the garden hose o

It is easy to check if your hose and quick connects are supplying enough water to the pump. Your pressure washer gallon per minuite requirements are printed on the machine and also on the pressure tips in GPM. Your post indicates 2.5 gpm but check yo ... Northstar Pressure Washer 3000 PSI

Our dishwasher had to be removed. In reconnecting it to the water supply under the sink, the plumber could not keep it from leaking. I think there was a rubber washer that got lost during the disconnect/connect procedure. He then proceeded to gut off the end of the PEX hose which has a ridge and the last 1/2 inch is a little smaller than the hose. Now he says we need to order a new PEX hose from the factory. The PEX hose is too big to fit into the fitting. Cannot a normnal flex hose for thi

I have a GE potscrubber Dishwasher Model # GSD3630ZZ3WW it has been leaking from the bottom for about a week. I took the bottom off tonight and ran the dishwasher so that I could see where it is leaking from. Leaking dishwasher My GE dishwasher leaks when running a load of dishes. The leak seems to be coming from about the middle of the tub about halfway back. We are having a problem with our LG Dishwasher. The machine is washing for about half an hour and then will stop and report an E1 error. According to the user manual this means "Water leakage in Hose connection" or "Water is leaked by damages". We have checked the diswasher's water connections and can't see any water leaking out. We have also cleaned the filers and checked the spray arms but that has not made any diffrence. Any suggestions what this error means and what we can try to resolve it

Dishwasher Leaking Dishwasher leaks from underneath the right front side of appliance. Can't tell exactly where it's leaking from, because of plastic guard/support on underside. All of the connections and hoses are in good shape. I'm assuming that it has something to do with the draining process, as it will leak 2-3 times during a wash cycle. Sometimes it's very little water and sometimes it's as much as a gallon.
