I have a Miele 24 in. G638 Plus Free-standing Dishwasher which is leaking into the pan underneath the machine (and triggering the polystyrene float switch) I am almost certain that the leak is coming from the main pump seal. Is it feasible to replace the seal (it looks like a major job to take the pump assembly apart). I guess Miele labor charges would make the repair not worthwhile Is there a service manual for this machine. I guess I would need it

I bought a secondhand Miele 2830 LaPerla dishwasher. I hooked it up today. As soon as I pressed the start button, i heard the pump anf it gave me an F68 error and water leaked out of the bottom in such a way that I could not see where it was coming from. I know f68 means the circulation pump is running when it isn't supposed to. Since I heard the pump, I imagine that is working. So any advice on how to fix this?

The hoses may not be connected properly or are cracked. This is causing leakage inside dishwasher and the flood switch to operate. The dishwasher starts the pump to empty the dishwasher and avoid damage of water flooding the electric parts.Yo ... Dishwashers

G851 SC Plus started to trip GFI plug. Called Miele and they said there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher and the GFI was faulty. Unplugged from GFI and plugged into regular plug and it worked for a few days. Eventually stopped running. How wrong Miele was, it had everything to do with the dishwasher and not the GFI. E3 Error Hi My dishwasher is showing error E3, which the user manual states "The appliance is not able to pump out the water.", however, other E3 error states a heating issue. The dishwasher does in fact heat the water but generates the E3 error after 10 minutes or so, then pumps out the water from the dishwasher. I'm a little confused as to what the issue is here and what part I would need to rectify the problem. Any advise you could give would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards

The E3 error is a result of water temperature not getting to a nominal value within a particular time. This could be caused by several factors like heater faulty, wash pump not working well, wash arms not circulating water as required. Need model nu ... Smeg Dishwashers
