Hi, I have a Miele G638 Plus dishwasher and the Red Inlet/Drain light comes on shortly after the wash cycle starts. I have cleaned everything out and the impellor moves freely. I have also made sure the outlet is clear. I have tried resetting and repeating on different washing cycles but it always locks out after the washing cycle starts. On a Hoover hfi 3015 dishwasher what holds the heater element in position? I have bought a replacement element as the old one (still fitted to m/c was open circuit). Purchased in 2003. Dishes were exquisitly clean till 2008. Our water heater temp was set at 140 temp. This heater was replaced with a heater now set at 125 temp. In the past two years dishes are nowhere as clean on the the normal start setting. Should I go to the Pots and Pans start setting to get hotter water or should I turn up my water heater? All this is assuming that water is not hot enough. Does the washer heating element ever burn out?

Try turning on your water at the sink for a while on hot let it run then start the wash cycle that should help. what that will do is let the cold water run out of the pipes and therefore you will have a hot water start. ... Kenmore Dishwashers

Hi: I have reviewed the forums and tried to fix this issue. Have a Miele G2120 dishwasher that at the end of the cycle - the three (rinsing, drying and end) orange lights begin blinking in harmony.
