My asko d3250 thinks the drain hose is blocked. but when i pour water in the dishwasher to see if the water is being drained, the dishwasher is draining properly. Yet the dishwasher after it has drained the water, will shutoff and start flashing the Large Pot icon (drain hose is blocked error code). Is there a sensor that is faulty?

Yes, it sounds like it is to me. I'm not able to pull your model up on my data base,if I could I would be able to tell you where it is located. I would assume that it's located either inside the pump or close to it. Sorry I couldn't be more help. ... Asko Dishwashers

Hi, I've got DS 603 single draw dishwasher Ser. No. CPM 739878, It has given a fl code for the flood switch. I have removed the draw and made the observation that the lower steel housing has partially flooded, hence the code. I intend to replace the flexible hoses Input and discharge hose. I am wondering once I replace the hoses, dry the housing and associated printed circuit bourd area should the fault code reset its self or is there further tech. assist required. The draw was manafactured

In the catch basis there is a printed circuit board that contains a sensor that detects moisture. Once throughly dry however, the sensor will no longer sense moisture and the flood code will cease and desist.BUT before replacing the hoses, (alo ... Fisher and Paykel Dishwashers

My dishwasher will not drain after cycling. I have check the drain hose connected to the disposal. All is in good order the hose is not cinked and the air hole is unblocked. I have also checked the screen at the bottom of the dishwasher, there is no debris or blockage here either. I can run the dishwasher on normal, it cycles but I still have stagnat water left beneath the bottom rack. How do I check my pump to see if it is working or could it be a short of some kind? I have a whirlpool DWH B10W. Last week the main drain outside blocked and none of my service machines were working (not draining). The main drain has now been unblocked and every machine except the dishwasher are now working fine. The plumber has checked the drainpipes again and says all are now clear. When I try to use the dishwasher, after the initial drain it stops and starts beeping at me. I have also noticed that no water is going into the machine. What's happening?

Slow drain. My dishwasher is draining, but not enough to empty the water out after a normal cycle. This is also causing the rinse cycle to use recycled dirty water in the process.
