I live on Galveston Island in Texas, and adding any more sources of water and humiditiy to my household seems counterproductive. Is there anything that I can do to cause

Hi, I have an LG LDS4821 dishwasher and it appears to stop working properly. The dishes don't seem to be cleaned at all. It seems like the spray arms are not spraying the dishes as the dishes are still dry/dirty after a normal wash cycle. I did notice that the detergent was used during the wash, and a trail of white residue was at the bottom of the tub. I can hear water pumping into the dishwasher, but when I opened it during a wash cycle, there was a puddle of water at the bottom of the

Hello, my Bosch Classixx dishwasher SGS43E42EU/21 has me stumped. It starts by taking in water but when "filled" pumps out for a couple of seconds then refills for say 10 seconds more before another 2 or 3 seconds of pumping out. This cycle continues for ages without starting to wash. I've tried various things: - checked the Auto Stop valve isn't being activated by leakage (removing the polystyrene float and bottom tray makes no difference - there's no leak) - the valve seems to operate it

After a couple month I noticed a bad smell. I looked in the dishwasher to find standing water in the bottom. I ran a little CLR through and it cleared out. I have a kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher, Model 15825691. We were recently hit by lighting. Once hit, the dishwasher started up.
