Dishwasher leaking We bought our dishwasher in Sep/07, it was fine for a year, then started leaking out the bottom of the door on the left. We had the seal on the door replaced (didn't work) and then the door gasket replaced. That worked for less than a year, now it is leaking again in the same place. What could be going on? Have already put $400.00 repairs into this machine and am reluctant to put more money in to have it break again the same way. What do you suggest?

My Zanussi DS17 slimline dishwasher is leaking from below the door at the front. The inside seals all seem to be fine, but the catchment moulding below the door (which is revealed at the front when the door is opened) is filling up with water, and then overflowing. I can't see where the water is comming from, but it is definitely the water from the washing cycle as it's hot. Any ideas? I haven't dragged the maching out from the wall yet, but I may have to. My Kenmore dishwasher leaked out through the door and into the kitchen. It appears it is not draining and once the water reaches a certain level, pushes out the door. It did this before and we thought maybe the drain was clogged, but couldn't see anything. Ran it again and was fine but has now done it again. Could this be the control module or the overfill control, or something else?

I have a Viking dishwasher made by Asko. It is less than 6 months old. Today I had a problem with my disposal (water not draining through it and leaking under the sink) and ran the dishwasher, which cleaned/dried the dishes fine. BUT, since the water was not properly draining from the disposal, apparently the dishwasher was not draining properly either. A repairman came to fix the disposal before I knew about the dishwasher issue. Now, the dishwasher won't turn off "draining mode" - button pu

I have a Bosch Exxcel dishwasher which runs the drain pump constantly even with the door open and despite there being now water in the machine at the cycle wont start. I have checked the warer amtrix and the ffed hose to the sump for blockages. The float switch operates OK but when the water drains down the float drops and the water is pumped in, then the float rises and water leaks out and the drain pump kicks in again and no more ater will come in unless you push the float down. I have a Fisher and Paykel Nautilus DW920 dishwasher. However, the door to the detergent dispenser does not open reliably every load -- usually I have to open the dishwasher door about 20 minutes into the load and open the soap dispenser myself. The catch on the dispenser will have released, but the dispenser door will not have sprung open. I am not sure exactly what the problem is -- the soap dispenser door simply seems a bit stiff in its holster. Given a little nudge, it springs open fine. I h

Maytag Dishwasher Quiet Series 300 Door Leak: Model No. MDB8600AWG: The door leaks both from just beneath the touch pad at the top of the door, leaving a streak down the center face of the door (minor annoyance) as well as from the bottom left and right corners, more of a concern. I have cleaned both door gaskets and tried to reseat the inside door panel, to no avail. There appears to be a way to adjust the door travel (the door sags almost completely to the floor when opened), but I have yet to

Kenmore 587 I have a Kenmore 587.1414 that is only 2 years old. I can hear it filling with water and then after a while it will drain, but does nothing in between. After the cycle has ran completely, I can open it and the dishers have never got wet and the soap door is open but the soap has just ran down the side of the door. What could be wrong? Motor gone out?

I have a frigidaire FDB1050REC0 dishwasher that is working fine most of the time. Sometimes about 40 percent of the time, when we open the main door after it is finished with a normal cycle, we find a big clump of detergent left in the main detergent compartment and the detergent door is open. It is like the detergent is getting wet with the detergent door closed and then when it is supposed to open, the detergent is wet and clumps. We switched to liquid detergent and the same thing is happening

Whirlpool ADG993, door fault: Hi, a few weeks ago soemthing broke on the door to my diswasher and it falls open wide with no stopping half way as usual. That was fine as the machine could still work, but now the door won't close. All seems fine until you get all but closed and then the door raises slightly from the bottom right corner, preventing it from closing. It looks like something may be jammed in there which pushes the door up at the last minute. There's a man coming out on Friday,

Hey Everyone! Ok try this one! I have been working on a KUDS25 Kitchenaid Dishwasher. It was leaking like a siv from the bottom. I replaced both top and bottom plastic bearings and also tightend all the screws at the bottom. Leak Gone, I thought. It now has small leaks down both sides. I have since been told by the owner that he took the door apart himself. I pulled out the dishwasher from the cabinet and ran it. I could see the leaks at the top on both sides of the door latch. Have the Kenmore Limited Edition dishwasher, model # 665.15892100. When dishwasher is running, you can hear the soap container flip open. However, @ end of washer's completion, and main door is opened, the soap is still in the container. Some has leaked out, but the majority is still in the container. Dishes are still dirty, so it appears that either there is no water to disperse the soap, or does the door really open? Any ideas?

When my dishwasher completes its cycle, there is powdered detergent left in the dispenser and the dishes aren't as clean as they use to be. This started happening after I ran a HI TEMP WASH with a SANI RINSE cycle. I'm thinking that either the detergent dispenser door is opening late or the water is not getting hot enough. To check the dispenser door, I left the door open and just poured powder into the dispenser compartment. This did not improve the cleaning.

Dishwasher leak I have a General Electric Potscrubber Mobile Maid dishwasher (model GSC720?) that hasn't been used in some time, but appears to still work OK. It has a leak from the left hand vent opening in the bottom of the door when operating. The seal around the door appears intact and doesn't leak. Can you suggest a probable cause, and remedy? Thanks, Bob.
With dishwasher empty and disconnected, find the screws around the area of the "vent",you may need to open it from the bottom. There will be a hose that has either ruptured or just needs the clamp tightened with a screw driver. I think that the hose ... Dishwashers
