My KichenAid KUDS011 has functioned well until this morning. When I push any of the buttons on the keypad, nothing happens. I noticed there is still water in the bottom of the dishwasher from the last dish washing. Also, I've heard there is a screen or similar part in the bottom of the dishwasher that needs to be cleaned occasionally. I haven't figured out how to remove the bottom center of the dishwasher to access this for cleaning.

I have a du1145xtpq7 whirlpool dishwasher. Out of the blue it quit working completely. The sensing and washing lights light up, but when it goes to the next step of just washing nothing happens. The soap dispenser door opens and there is water in the bottom of the dishwasher. It wasn't making any irregular noises, unless I'm just used to them since it came with the house. Any advice you have would be appreciated. Thanks.

My ariston lsv 66 dishwasher will not start washing cycle. It makes the pumping noise as it normally does at the start of the cycle and some water enters the bottom of the machine but then it stops. I have checked to make sure that there are no leaks so the problem is with the filling up of the machine. I live in a hard water area and haven't used anything to help reduce the limescale so expect this to be playing a part. I have tried all the washing cycles but the same thing happens. Any advic

My deceased parents have a GE dishwasher (don't know the model number - can't find it on the machine and can't find the paper work) that stops working shortly you start it and displays a message on the front panel that says "Blocked wash arm - check for wash arm obstruction - restart". Kitchenaid Dishwasher model # KUDS25SHBS1 has started making noise. Noise happens when unit is draining so perhaps its the same mechanism that houses the grinder. Can definetly hear a clicking as something spins around to drain the unit. I have removed the washing armature and plastic skirt around bottom and felt underneath the skirted area, but don't feel anything caught or jammed. Noise is getting louder as more draining cycles are being utilized (i.e. as we use the machine more). Anyone have

New dishwasher (Beko 2542F slimline model). Put it on for 1st time last night -when I got up this morning, the cycle which should have taken just over 2 hours hadn't finished. There's soapy water in the bottom of the machine which hasn't drained and the "wash" light is still on. Looks like the dishes are clean but hasn't moved onto the rinse/dry part. Followed instruction in manual to drain it (hold start stop button till lights flash and should drain in 45 sec) but nothing happened.
