My Bosch dishwasher has several problems: 1) Water doesn't completely drain out and dishwasher kind-of smells when I open it -- I do keep the filter very clean. 2) The dishwasher takes HOURS to go through one load, no matter what the time says on the display and no matter what type of cycle you choose -- quick, delicate or regular. 3) The red display often displays something that looks like "2h" at the beginning of the cycle. 4) The place where you put the detergent doesn't shut.

I have a 1999 bosch SHU 4300 dishwasher given to me. It worked great for about two weeks. Now it takes for ever *3-4 hours* to complete a cycle (if it does). I have opened the door to see it filled with sudsy soap after this long. I have checked the hoses and they are not kinked. Once the cycle of cleaning is over, If I reset it manually, it will rinse the dishes and empty just fine. But I have to manually get the dishwasher to advance to the rinse and dry cycle every time now.

I have a 13 month old (Thanks Sears warranty!) Kenmore Portable Dishwasher Model 665.17769. It drains poorly, taking 2-3 times after load is completed running thru the ''cancel/drain'' cycle to clean it out. It is not getting dishes clean either, presumambly because the dirty water isn't being flushed out at cycle end and instead of rinsing with fresh water, it's still screwing with the dirty water. Manual doesn't offer any advice except to see if the hose is kinked (it isn't). I made sure nothi

GU980 dishwasher I have a buzzing sound when the washer is in drain mode. The manual indicates there might be something in the Power Clean Filter, and that it will go away when the object grinds up. I called Whirpool, and they said the same, and to run for 2-3 cycles to make go away. 2-3 cyles later, noise is still there. I noticed a nub off the rack that looks like an end peice of metal broke off from rust. My guess is it's stuck in the PCF, and will not grind up. I removed the nut, lower spray
