Having problems with your Whirlpool Dishwashers ?

I have a whirlpool ADG 7550 dishwasher. The water is going in and it heats and appears to go through its cycle but the dishes are just the same as when they went in. I don't think it is spraying the water inside the machine it just seems to fill up at the bottom with water

Hi

If you are noticing that the dishes are not clean, then there are a few things to check for. Check the soap powder if it's kept in a dry environment. Also try replacing the powder with something like a gel or liquid. Next thing to check for is the water pressure and fill valve. Check if the water is filling in and the spray arms are throwing the water with enough pressure. Try and listen to the sound if you hear a proper spraying action sound.

If it seems as a low water pressure then check the fill valve. Now, check if dishwasher is draining the water or not. While the dishwasher is working check whether the dishwasher is draining and there is not much left out water after the cycle is complete. Try cleaning the spray arm with a soft brush. The water temperature plays a major role in cleaning of dishes. The temp should be between 125 and 150 F for dishwasher to clean the dishes. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

Turns on, the entire cycle runs, but no water pumps through the sprayer. There is water present on the bottom....and I can here the water pumping in at the beginning of the cyle....but the dishes are not being 'washed' by the sprayers. I have disassembled and cleaned the entire inside and sprayers to no avail. Im thinking its a pump/motor issue but Im not sure because the sprayers spin, the heat comes on, the detergent dispenses....but no water is being sprayed. Thanks.

Dishwasher leaking Our dishwasher all of a sudden started leaking. I've taken the front panel off the door and can see exactly where. It's not a hole or anything...it's at the front, left edge of the basin, the bottom left corner at the front. It seems that right after it fills with water, it starts to leak once water is moving around inside and washing cycle starts. It is as if big waves are being pushed to the front left corner and over the lip of the basin. I don't think the water level is to

Hi, I have a 3 year old Nemo F&P dishwasher which turns itself on and off for about 3 seconds each on/off continually.Eventually it does get enough water to wash but never goes into the wash cycle properly, ie the water just sits at the bottom. We dont think it's water pressure and it was working fine until recently.Could it be an electrical problem with the signal to fill properly not getting through? Thanks

I have a Bosch SHX98M dishwasher and the top arm will not rotate. I can see water coming out of the holes when open during a cycle and I have made sure there are no obstruction for the arm or anything stuck in the arm feed line. Asko dishwasher- about 1 year old. Dishes are clean but very wet at the end of cycle. The bottom tub is filled with water (looks clean and warm). I have a Whirlpool Gold Quiet Partner III that is 8 years old and recently stopped cleaning top rack dishes. I remember finding a mylar like piece in the bottom of the tub and threw it away thinking it came off of something we washed (I know, bad thinking.) The mylar piece measured roughly 3-4inx2in and was folded in half. Anyways....the upper arm does not spin and the detergent doesnt get fully dispensed so dishes dont get fully cleaned. I am guessing not enough water pressure to upper arm. Wou

I have a De Dietrich DV640JE1 built in 45cm Dishwasher, working fine for over 3 years. After replacing the connection under the sink to fix a leak it has stopped working. Bosch SHY66C My Bosch dishwasher won't fill with water.  All electrical connections are fine and I can hear it make a sound as if it is trying to start about every 2 minutes.  There was water in the bottom so I used a shop vac and pulled it all out but it still won't start and is doing the same thing.  I checked the solenoid with a multi-meter and it appears to be working.  My power went out last night for about two hours and that's all I can think of that might have affected it.  The dishwasher

Door leak I have a small leak between the bottom of the dishwasher door the lower service panel on the dishwashere. I have the two drawer dishwasher. It's about 10 years old. The top drawer continues to work OK but for the last three attempts when I run the bottom drawer water gets out into the drip pan below and gives the F1 signal. I can dry the drip pan out and clear the F1 signal so the top drawer works. But running the bottom drawer causes water to leak again with the resultant F1 signal. There is very little water in the bottom drawer (just a little in the filter bowl) so I think the pump is pumping
