Rotating blade seems to be the problem. We have injected straight vinegar into the holes in the arms but the problem continues, necessitating rewashing every glass and mug. Help!

My Professional series dishwasher does not work properly. It is only 1.5 years old and glasses on top rack get sprayed with fine layer of particles every time I use it. Other items, top and bottom, are often not clean as well, but glasses are the hardest to re-clean. I have tried evacuating the water left at the bottom of the dishwasher before running, pre-running the hot water in the sink and ensuring that the disposal was run, removing and cleaning the filter at the bottom of the washer. Hi - I have tried all the usual tricks of running an empty load with vinegar, and the food particle filter seems to be the kind that isn't removable. Black residue My Amana dishwasher leaves a black residue on all dishes. The residue does not adhere to the dishes as much as detergent or food would, and is fairly easy to rinse off in the sink.
