Whirlpool Quiet Partner DU1100XTPQA doesn't drain at the end of the cycle

\015 If I wait a while it will drain when I press cancel, but I get a clicking sound if I press cancel right after the wash. I checked the drain hose which is where it has always been. It runs up under the sink and then down again into our disposal unit. The inside of the unit and all of our dishes smell really foul.\015
