Having problems with your Whirlpool DU1055XT 24 in Builtin Dishwasher ?

The dishes are still wet after "drying" overnight?

Answers :

Hi,

With the energy efficient dishwashers today it is very important to use rinse aid for proper drying. The rinse aid will help sheet the water off of the dishes prior to the dry cycle. If you do not use rinse aid you can expect poor dry performance.

Next to the detergent cup in the door is the rinse aid dispenser, be sure it is full. You only need to fill it about once a month. There is also a product called "Turbo Dry" that you can use in the rinse aid dispenser, it helps dry even plastics very well.

Next be sure you have selected heated dry on your options.

Sani Rinse will also help as it heats the water before the dry cycle.

Let me know if you have questions.

I tested the voltage going to the heating element and got a 124V reading. However the dishes are still soaking wet after the drying cycle.
