I have a GE Quiet Power 3 dishwasher that was working fine last week. Over the weekend I ran it and we could hear a banging noise, so my boyfriend opened it three or four times in a row (during the cycle) to figure out what it was. The fourth time, it went dead. I checked and it had tripped the breaker. I reset the breaker and the dishwasher seemed to be working again, however the lights on the front were flashing (they hadn't previously), and now it will run for about 10 minutes but no water ru

The dishwasher stop during the wash cycle. It did finish draining the water from the tub. The machine is not showing a power signs, I check the circuit breaker and the fuse is not tripped. I open and closed the door and the door latch seems to be working fine. There is just no power to the washer. Usually when a machine breaks down, there still is power or buttons that light up on the front of the machine. I looked on the internet and many say that the fuse could be tripped. Our Dishwasher is not draining. We tried to run a test cycle and noticed there is no power. We checked the Electrical Panel and noticed that an unmarked breaker was tripped. We turned it on but still have no power. All other electrical items are working in the house. Is the power being cut off as a fail-safe function due to the water not draining? How do I fix the drain/pump? Please Help!

My Delonghi Dishwasher keeps turning off. The dishwasher is turned on at the power point. The water is turned on. Okay When I press the POWER botton on the front it wont stay on. Control panel will not light up, the dishwasher was running and now it has stopped mid cycle and will not do anything. I just replaced the control panel (black plastic with buttons, not control circuitry). was running the diswasher and it seemed to be working fine, then stopped. water is standing in tub, I checked the float, I don't think the float is the problem. There is power to the outlet, no tripped breakers. But control panel will not light up.

Dishwasher: Whirlpool Gold Quiet Partner. Has worked fine until had a house plumbing blockage which made water pool in the bottom of the dishwasher as well as kitchen sink. Tried to get it to drain at first using keypad. Drain light clicked on and then off because there was nowhere for water to do. Manually emptied most of the water, then "Cancel/Drain" worked if I held it down quite a while. House plumbing is now fixed. However the keypad only works sporadically now. Some buttons do so

I had a problem with my dishwasher popping the breaker. I opened the bottom and found burnt up wires. I fixed those and now the dishwasher stays on and begins its cycle (by draining) but the water is not flowing to the machine. It has supply, and I just now replaced the water inlet valve- no difference. The water was working before the breaker issue. I'm wondering if it is now something as simple as a clog somewhere since the washer sat unused for a month; or, if it is something more compli

I read your previous problem. This appears to be separate problems. The first was likely a loose wire. When a wire has a loose connection they build heat and can melt. The current issue would seem like the float switch is stuck. The float switch is ... Bosch SHU9925UC Built-in Dishwasher

GU1500XTLS3 Periodically won't start. Dishwasher has power because pressing cancel causes dishwasher to start draining (even though there is no water). Door switch works because opening door prevents starting drain cycle. No other button on control panel will work except for the 'air dry' / 'lockout' button. I have no power to the dishwasher. I tried the circuit breaker, flipped it. No lights on, nothing. Hello, Our kitchenaid DW has stopped working. Non of the buttons cause a any of the lights to turn on. Of course, it will not start. On its last working cycle, it had a very strange washing cycle. It almost sounds like the water was not splashing around (even though I opened it while it was working and noticed water at the bottom). I checked the circuit breaker, and it is not tripped. For a couple of weeks, the DW had started making a kind of metallic noise while in the washing cycle. Also,

Hi there I've got a Miele G572 dishwasher that works perfectly, except that it trips the circuit breaker when it tries to fill with water. The heating works, the timer advances, the spary arms rotate and it drains well. It is a second-hand unit that worked for about 3/4 of the first cycle, then it tripped the earth leakage detector. My Bosch dishwasher Model SHE44C02UC just went completley dead while washing. My wife and I were in the living room and heard a ''pop'' and went to investigate. We discovered the dishwasher was completely dead with no lights on at all. The on/off switch does not work. I checked the breaker and it is okay. Also the disposal is also on this circuit and it still works so I know the circuit is okay. There is still water in the bottom of the dishwasher - no suds - so it may have been in a rinse cycle

Bosch SHY66C My Bosch dishwasher won't fill with water.  All electrical connections are fine and I can hear it make a sound as if it is trying to start about every 2 minutes.  There was water in the bottom so I used a shop vac and pulled it all out but it still won't start and is doing the same thing.  I checked the solenoid with a multi-meter and it appears to be working.  My power went out last night for about two hours and that's all I can think of that might have affected it.  The dishwasher
