\015 Is it difficult to change a heating element on a ZDT-6252. One of my customers has been let down by local agent and have asked me (electrician) to see if i can fix it.\015

Our SB915WJ doesn't heat water though the heating element is ok, I checked with my multimeter. Is there a mains relay or something i need to change in the circuitry to fix this problem?
