Having problems with your Bosch 24 in. SGS69L02 Logixx Built-in Dishwasher ?

Hello there, I have a Bosch Logixx dishwasher which I purchased just over 2 years ago. My upper dishwasher tray is not fitting properly into the hose pipe holes on the inside of the back wall of the dishwasher. It has a movable plastic mechanism sort of fitting which is dropping off everytime I open the tray to keep the utensils and unable to close it fully until I re-adjust the plastic to fit into the holes proeperly and then it works. I am not sure how to fix the problem, do I need an En

Hello Deepak,

\015\012You can definitely fix this yourself, but I'm not entirely sure from your description which part is "dropping off". It may be a simple fix where something needs to be clipped back into place or you may need to replace something. Please can you take a look at the images below and identify which part you are having trouble with.
\015\012
\015\012Below is the back of the upper spray arm which clips on to the upper rack. It has a grey plastic cover behind which is a large white plastic washer / gasket. The washer simply slots in to the back of the spray arm and the grey cover clips in over the top.
\015\012
\015\012Your description suggests the grey plastic cover and/or the white washer are dropping off. If the grey plastic cover is missing, it may have fallen into the bottom of the washer under the lower rack, in which case you should be able to find it and clip it back on. If it's missing or wont clip back on, you will need to replace the upper spray arm as the cover and washer are not available separately.

\015\012belectric_191.jpg\015\012
\015\012
\015\012This is the water delivery tube which clips to the back wall of the washing compartment. There is a metal clip which secures the tube to the wall. The open hole and one of the spigots slot in to the two holes in the back of the upper spray arm above. The spigot used depends on which height setting the upper rack is on.
\015\012
\015\012belectric_192.jpg\015\012
\015\012
\015\012Basically, everything simply clips together. If nothing is broken, you should be able to fix this at no cost by simply clipping the offending part back into place.
\015\012
\015\012Hope this helps. If you need further assistance or help locating replacement parts, please let me know what needs to be replaced. Nearly all Bosch parts are available and in stock direct from Bosch.

Ok, after a year, I've figured out the problem. I changed a bunch of parts, but never until now figured out that what it is doing is, water is running out the hole behind the door, where the overflow dripguard sits, if the front three panels are on. when those panels are on, water, just before position 6, pours down that plastic dripguard piece, into the big tray. eventually the tray overflows. when you take off the panels, then water just pours onto the floor. if you open the DW, the basin is t

I have an Asko DW1875 dishwasher (10yrs old) which has just recently started having problems. The initial symptom was that during a washing cycle, unit showed '1' and inside became very hot (melting some plastic cups/plates in unit). Hi there, Ok, i think i'm getting close to solving this problem. I have an LG dishwasher- Model # LDS 5811ST. I have stripped it down and clean all hoses etc. It is running fine through all the cycles. The only problem is that it has no water pressure. In other words water is pumping into the dishwasher but it's like there is no pressure behind it to force it through the holes in the propellers so it's just kind of dumping water out as opposed to having any forced pressure.
