GU1500XTLS3 Periodically won't start. Dishwasher has power because pressing cancel causes dishwasher to start draining (even though there is no water). Door switch works because opening door prevents starting drain cycle. No other button on control panel will work except for the 'air dry' / 'lockout' button. Turning off circuit breaker for 15-30 minutes and then turning circuit breaker back on seems to fix the problems but only for a couple uses and then it stops working again. Need ad

This could be the 'fill switch', which is the level sensor. Could be a plastic tube that exerts air pressure into the tube as it fills, make sure it's clear and open. The dishwasher has a sensor that monitors the door being closed too. Some use a hig ... Dishwashers

Our GE Triton Dishwasher, mod# GSD5620D01BB is 10 years old. A problem started two days ago where; when it runs through a normal washing cycle; it contuously beeps about every 1 second when it reaches the Drying Cycle and the LED Green light flashes next to the Drying . I reset the breaker and tried again; same thing happened as it went through the normal cycle and when it reached the Drying part; same thing happened. The dishwasher is cleaning and everything else seems to be working fine.

Removed rear toe-plate to detect leak. Leak caused by broken drain hose. Hose replaced. To do this the unit was tipped forward onto its front door to allow access to the base area. Water allowed to drain out the front base area. Unit re-assembled but now does not switch on. Water connected. Base-plate dry. No water was detected at upper-front control panel. I have done the reset actions as advised in the User Manual and tried another program, without success. I have found that the possible causes could be the timer or thermostat. The estimated time remaining display counts down, but the program does not complete the wash and move onto rinse and dry. Any help or advice you can provide would

Poor drying, mold building up in the tub. The condensing drying system is not working well. I pulled the unit out and removed a panel on the left side (facing washer). Saw that the plastic box that appears to be set up for moist air removal and vents to the tub had considerable mold in it at the top of one of the passage ways.
