Having problems with your GE Nautilus 24" Built-in Dishwasher ?

The dishes are not getting clean. There's a white film that remains after washing. Also, at the bottom of the washer and behind a screen filter in the back there seems to be a deposit build up.

GU2400 whirlpool gold quiet partner iii. Won't clean dishes. Dishes don't get wet. Water seems to accumulate at the bottom but no spraying sound during cycle. Cancel causes the system to drain completely. Possibly plastic utensil under the filter screen at bottom. Can't figure out how to remove it or the filter screen. Might be preventing impeller blades from rotating.

Kenmore 17362 dishwasher was making a bad noise and now the motor seems to be locked up. I might have already un-jammed the motor by removing the cover on the bottom (inside), and turning the knife impeller on the outside of the screen, but I can see lint type material in the hole on the other side of the impeller. Hard to explain, but it is in the hole in the center of the unit and there is a screen like the knife impeller has behind it. I could clean this lint if I could get the door off. How

Running without spar bars attached (including mechanism feeding to bar, water is only being forced out of the from outlet. Any ideas before I start taking it apart

I have a General Electric Potscrubber dishwasher. When the cycle is finished, the water does not drain into the sink.I turned the unit upside down to look into the bottom. The motor turns freely. The instruction sheet I found in the bottom of the unit said to remove the filter screen and check the piston valve. I looked at what I thought was the piston valve, but I'm not sure how to check it. The line to the sink seems to be clear. The model of my unit is GSC3230Z03WW. The serial number is AZ627

MAYTAG MDBH979AWS DOES NOT SEEM TO FILL WITH WATER, AND HAS STOPPED CLEANING THE DISHES..My husband took everything apart and we cleaned each piece and put it back together , there was no indication that anything was clogged, and he was able to determine that water was coming in to the washer, but dishes are still dirty. There seems to be soap residue on the bottom of the tub. We also check to see if it was draining properly and that was fine also. Any other suggestions?

F2 Code Hey, I have a single drawer built in Fisher & Paykel dish drawer and today I pulled the spray arm, filter and large metal screen out to clean them as we have been starting to get a bit of stuff left behind after washing lately. I have a Neff built-in dishwasher and sometimes there is a heavy leakage of water from the front right-hand side. The unit is 3-years old and there is a build up of scale around the rubber seals. Hello,\015\012Check the rubber seal in the bottom of the door has not perished or split, also check the bottom spray arm has not split on the ends as this will direct the spray directly onto the door, causing it to leak.\015\012\015\0 ... Neff 24 in. S5443X2 Built-in Dishwasher

That "grit" you are referring to is actually coming from your detergent. It is part of the cleaning enzymes that assist in scrubbing your dishes. If it is ending up on your dishes, you are on the right track. You need to check the main wash pump a ... Dishwashers

My GE Nautilus DW doesn't fully drain. When it is drained as much as it will it leaves water in the sump at the rear right. If you run the pump at that point, it sucks water out of the sump, but when you open the door and the pump stops water flows back into it. It seems like there is a check valve that isn't working. I have cleaned the sump and the screen which runs accross the rear. I also have taken the plunger out and cleaned it. Then I took the housing for the plugner off the bottom. I don'
